Youth Summer Strength and Conditioning Program - Youth Summer Strength and Conditioning Introducing our new strength and conditioning program. This is an opportunity for children who are looking to get some exercise during the summer or get physically prepared for an upcoming sports season. This program introduces different aspects of physical fitness, strength, and nutrition geared for different age levels and abilities. This program is run by Coach Lyndie KelleyKindergarten-2nd Grade: $100 Res $110 Non-ResTuesdays June 30th-August 18th 5:30-6:15Town Farm Park3rd-8th Grade: $175 Res $200 Non-ResTuesdays June 30th-August 18th 6:30-7:30Town Farm ParkMeet the instructor: Coach K is the Director of Strength & Conditioning at the University of New England, where she has led and overseen the athletic development and sports nutrition education of UNE's 21 varsity athletics teams since 2014. She is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Exercise & Sport Performance and lectures on Youth Strength & Conditioning. This week long soccer camp will be lead by coaches who have a deep knowledge and passion for the game!
