Jillene from Prana Yoga and Bodywork will lead the group through stretches and exercises to bring both mindfulness and relaxation. This is a great class for all fitness levels. Meet the Instructor: Jillene Jones owner of Pure Prana Yoga and Bodywork has taught many different styles of yoga and Meditation Techniques. Each week as a group we will host conversations regarding various topics to help support one another. Topics such as sleep training, car seat use, postpartum health, perinatal fitness, Infant first aid and CPR, and other similar topics! This support group will be hosted by Rachel Pelletier of Mamabear Fitness. Coffee and light refreshments will be available.
