Learn Basic CPR for adults, kids, and babies (Hands Only). Followed by a strength training exercise that promotes good heart health! This event is great for any adult! No matter your fitness level! Get out and get active this American Heart Month!

Cost: FREE (Donations welcome, all donations will be given to The American Heart Association)
