Woman holds hand weights
Join us for a 60-minute strength workout, programmed specifically to help women of any stage get stronger. We will focus on total body functional training, including your pelvic floor and core. This circuit-based group class welcomes all levels of fitness.
Winter Session
Location: Buxton Town Hall Meeting Room (Park in the back parking lot)
Time: 5:15pm-6:15pm
Dates: Monday's 1/12-3/9 (No Class on 1/19, 2/16, 3/2) DATES HAVE CHANGED
Cost: $75 residents $86 non-residents (Six Week Session)

What to bring: water, and comfortable clothes!
