Join us for a 60-minute strength workout, programmed specifically to help women of any stage get stronger. We will focus on total body functional training, including your pelvic floor and core. This circuit-based group class welcomes all levels of fitness.
Fall Session
Location: Buxton Town Hall Meeting Room (Park in the back parking lot)
Time: 5:15pm-6:15pm
Dates: Monday's 9/15-11/17 (No class on 10/13 and 11/3)
Cost: $98 residents $113 non-residents (Eight Week Session)
What to bring: water, and comfortable clothes!
