Whether your selling or buying this is the place to be! Our first ever Community Yard Sale will provide a one stop shop location, with plenty of parking and deals for all! Come stop by and shop your heart out! After all who knows what you will find! We will also be having a Mainley Meatballs provide some delicious food! 

Date: Sunday, September 8th
Time: 10am-2pm 
Location: Town Farm Park 
Coast: Free (Table rentals are available for $5)

Vendors are responsible for providing all resources to conduct sales. Buxton Recreation is not providing resources to help vendors with transactions. 

Vendor Policies
  • •Parking for vendors is in LOT A. There will be a sign indicating this. As well as a map for the evet attached to this email.
  • •Buxton Recreation will provide tables for vendors. Vendors can have up to three tables. Vendors are allowed to place items around their tables. Please keep in mind that there are other vendors and to be courteous to other’s spaces.
  • •Items that are harmful, illegal and don’t promote a community space will not be allowed to be sold.
  • •Vendors are responsible for bringing and taking all items to and from the Community Yard Sale.
  • •Buxton Recreation is not responsible for sales and will not provide resources to conduct transactions.
  • •Ez-Ups are encouraged and welcome. Buxton Recreation will not provide Ez-Ups or be responsible for damage or lost Ez-Ups.
  • •Electricity is not provided, and generators are not permitted.
  • •Vendors are responsible for their own trash. There are trach cans on premise for smaller item trash.
  • •There will be a food truck during the duration of the event. Vendors are encouraged to pack water and snacks.
