Join us for a fun morning filled with learning! This fall prevention workshop will review tips, tricks and more. The USM Nursing Students and Buxton Fire and Rescue Community Risk Reduction Coordinator, Marisa Morrison will be on hand to share valuable information to help you prepare and prevent falls in and around your home. They will also help you learn more about Medical Life Alert, movement exercises to help you improve your balance and home improvement plans to better how you get around! Light refreshments will be available. Registrations are highly encouraged!
