This new program will focus on stretching out those mid-winter blues! his dynamic fitness class is designed for all skill levels! Featuring a series of fitness stations strategically crafted to challenge and inspire participants of any fitness background. Class will open with breath work and yoga postures to warm up and stretch followed by stations with interval training, resistance bands, core exercises, and other functional strength exercises providing modifications and challenges to accommodate individual fitness levels. From beginners to fitness enthusiasts, everyone is welcome!

Instructor: Sara Lyons
About the instructor: Sara Lyons is a nursing student at USM and has been a fitness instructor and yoga teacher since 2020. Sara received her RYT 200 hour course in Rishikesh India in 2020 and returned to the US and received her certification in kickboxing later that year. She has taught diverse classes including chair yoga, older adult fitness, kickboxing skills and drills classes, and vinyasa yoga. Sara is passionate about fitness and enjoying the journey and is very excited to teach this pop-up class!
