This free social support group is designed for all moms including those who are expecting or are in the TTC community. Each week as a group we will host conversations regarding various topics to help support one another. Topics such as sleep training, car seat use, postpartum health, perinatal fitness, Infant first aid and CPR, and other similar topics! This support group will be hosted by Rachel Pelletier of Mamabear Fitness and Community Risk Reduction Coordinator Marisa Morrison. Coffee and light refreshments will be available. Kids are welcome!
