Intro to Strength Training - Moderate Intensity 2/4/23 @ 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM






  • In this 60-minute workshop, Rachel will lead you through a strength training workout using bodyweight, bands, and dumbbells. With an emphasis on proper form and breathing techniques, Rachel will help you develop the basic mechanics to start and stick with an exercise program safely! 


  • Please bring your own yoga mat and water. 


  • This is a FREE class, donations will be accepted for the Buxton Food Co-Op
