Mamabear Method Mom & Baby Strengh Class

Join us for a 60-minute strength workout, programmed specifically to help moms get stronger postpartum. We will focus on total body functional training, including your pelvic floor an core. This circuit-based group class welcomes all levels of fitness. Attend this class solo, or bring baby along! 

When: Saturdays 3/2-4/27 (NO class on 3/23) 
Time: 10am
Where: Buxton Town Hall- Meeting room (back entrance across from the public safety office)

  • 8- week program paid in full: $65(includes at home Core Foundations online progam, reg $37)


  • Drop in $12 per class (only if space is available) 




What to bring: Yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothes!
